'The Million Pound Murder' - 1970s

Our popular Murder Mystery trains running from May until October.

In an attempt to return to her super-star status and get revenge on those who abandoned her, the fallen screen idol Tracey Monroe has written a novel titled ‘Friendly Secrets’ in which she lists intimate and detailed accounts of her wild partying and many affairs from her earlier ‘glory days’.

Several in attendance tonight are fearful of exactly what details may be included within the chapters of her new book, including a government cabinet minister and the well-known leader of a London organised crime syndicate.

Could this journey lead to a murder? Watch and listen closely. Can you identify a murderer?

Arrive at Bodmin General for a 18:30 for a 19:00 departure! Each ticket includes a Cornish pasty and a drink on arrival.

Board the train and watch as the story unfolds. Listen for clues and get those grey cells working. With acting both through the coaches on the journey and on the station side, see you if you can piece together the puzzle and guess the murderer. There will be an opportunity to question the cast, so make sure your eyes are peeled and you are listening.

If you can solve the mystery, your name will be put into a draw and you may be lucky enough to go home with the winning prize.

All tickets must be booked in advance and remember to choose your pasty type when paying for them.

Please be aware that single tickets or couples may be seated with other couples.

Please note we do NOT allow dogs on our event trains.
