Goods are usually dispatched within 1 – 2 working days after being received and posted via the Royal Mail (or an alternative courier if necessary). All model railway items are dispatched via the Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ Service, meaning they will require a signature upon delivery.
Whilst the Royal Mail are a reliable carrier, delays can happen from time to time, particularly in relation to bad weather, should this happen, we cannot be held responsible for any losses occurred.
Items can only be posted to addresses in the United Kingdom.
We want you to be 100% happy with your goods. Should you have any reason to return items purchased from our shop, they may be returned within 28 days of receipt providing that they are returned in the original packaging & in the condition in which they were sold.
Exceptions to this rule are for DVDs, which unless they prove faulty, will not be refunded or exchanged.
Returned goods must be accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return. Please contact us beforehand if you are planning to return an item.
Please note: That you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless the item is faulty, or delivered in error. As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the items postage charge.

Damaged or missing items
Whilst we do our best to package up our items, damages can happen from time to time. If an item does arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of goods, after this period has ended we will not be able to assist further.
We will require a photo of the damage to assess the situation, we will then be able to offer either a partial refund, full refund or replacement.
Whilst we do our best to ensure the website is up to date and accurate, from time to time, discrepancies and errors may occur. For this reason, information should not be solely relied up when making any informed decisions.
Whilst we do our best to describe our products accurately and honestly, product images, sizes and descriptions may vary slightly from what is shown.
