Presented by Duchy Murder Productions, our very popular Murder Mystery
trains return for their 18th summer season – the original and still the
best. Solve a murder mystery whilst enjoying a steam train journey through the
beautiful Cornish countryside. Watch and listen as the professionally
staged murder plot unfolds before your very eyes. Question the cast for
those extra clues. View the murder scene - choose your suspect. Win
yourself a prize!

Come and enjoy the live music of the Pennyroyal Jazz Band or the Cornish
Steam Jazz Band, together with the sight, sound and smell of a working
steam locomotive.
Starts from 6pm, when the Band play on the station platform, with the
musical entertainment then continuing throughout the evening on board the
train.

Dining Train
- runs on selected dates throughout the year
Excellent food and drink, together with a superb,
first-class dining service on a steam-hauled train provide a unique and
memorable experience, whether for a special event, anniversary or just a
night out. Relax and enjoy the beautiful Cornish countryside slip
gently by as a full three-course meal, with tea/coffee and mints, is
served to your table.
The Railway’s dining train coaches are beautifully restored and fitted out
with wood panelling, table lamps and curtains, bringing back the style of
an age gone by! The train has tables for two or four persons, each with
a table lamp next to a window.
