Starters

  8. Caramelised onion flan with salad garnish and relish (vegetarian option)

Main Courses

  1. Chicken Veronique: Chicken breasts in a wine and cream sauce garnished with green grapes.

  1. Chicken Chasseur: Succulent pieces of chicken cooked with vermouth, tomato and onions, served with cheesy layered potatoes.

  1. Cornish Scrumpy Beef: Lean beef cooked in cider with apples, sweetcorn and topped with herbed cobblers (scones)

  1. Traditional Roast Dinner;    Turkey, Pork, Beef or Lamb

  1. Pork Parcels: Pork steaks baked in foil envelopes and served with chopped ham, onions, mushrooms, cream and vermouth

  1. Roast Loin of Pork with cream and garlic sauce.

  1. Fresh Salmon fillets with mustard and herb sauce cream sauce.

          All the above main courses come with suitable vegetables.
