Terms and Conditions for Bookings made via this website All bookings are taken subject to confirmation of availability. A confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided when booking. If this confirmatory e-mail is not received within 4 days of placing your order you should contact us. All bookings must be paid for prior to the goods or services being provided. This includes all travel. Payments made via this website may not be processed immediately but at some time prior to the service being provided. If the payment fails the Railway will attempt to contact the customer and ask for the payment. We normally take payment approximately 2 weeks prior to departure or start time. Cancellations.
In all the above
cases if monies have been paid there will be a cancellation charge as follows:- The Bodmin & Wenford Railway reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. We will attempt to contact the customer as soon as possible to advise of this cancellation and to offer an alternative service or a refund. The Bodmin & Wenford Railway is VAT registered. All prices shown on this site include VAT where appropriate but not all services are subject to VAT. If you require a VAT receipt with the VAT shown please ask us for this at time of booking.
